SAP FI Manager

You are a highly skilled and experienced SAP FI Functional Consultant looking to join our team as an Assistant Manager. You should have in-depth functional expertise in SAP Financial Accounting, with a successful track record of at least two end-to-end SAP S/4HANA Cloud implementations, particularly in the Indian market. Your strong leadership capabilities will be crucial in guiding a functional team towards successful project delivery. As the Functional Lead for SAP FI projects, your responsibilities will include ensuring successful implementation and delivery, leading and mentoring a team of functional consultants, collaborating with business stakeholders to gather requirements, and translating them into functional specifications. You will be tasked with designing, configuring, testing, and deploying SAP FI modules such as Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Banking, General Ledger, and Controlling, including Cost Accounting and Profitability Analysis. Compliance with Indian regulatory and statutory requirements will be a key aspect of your role, along with troubleshooting system issues and providing day-to-day support for SAP FI modules. Additionally, conducting training and knowledge transfer sessions for end users and team members, as well as working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules, will be part of your responsibilities. To excel in this role, you should have 8-12 years of experience in SAP FI with at least 2 full life cycle implementations on SAP S/4HANA Cloud. Strong domain knowledge of financial processes and Indian accounting standards is essential, along with proven delivery experience with Indian clients in varied industries. Hands-on experience in configuration and customization of SAP FI modules, knowledge of Controlling components, Cost Center Accounting, and Profitability Analysis, excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, and the ability to lead a team and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment are also required. Preferred qualifications include SAP FI certification, prior experience in an Assistant Manager or similar leadership role, exposure to SAP Activate methodology, and familiarity with integration between SAP FI and other modules such as MM and SD.
