Designation: Associate DirectorRole: Learning & DevelopmentLocation: Mumbai Key Responsibilities:Planning, executing, and managing national level trainings and location rolloutsConducting training need analysisCoordinating with competency training champions to ensure trainings are rolled out as per the planned technical training calendarPreparing training reports and reviewing reports prepared by the teamManaging and reviewing the overall Learning Management SystemCoordinating with the IT team to ensure the LMS is updated and implementing any necessary new developmentsQualification CriteriaQualifications:MBA / Graduate in any stream7+ years’ experience in a similar profileProven experience in training management and coordinationExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong organizational and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced environmentAbility to manage a team
