SAP FI Manager

As an Assistant Manager for SAP FI, you will play a crucial role in leading the functional team towards successful project delivery. Your responsibilities will include: - Acting as the Functional Lead for SAP FI projects, ensuring successful implementation and delivery. - Leading and mentoring a team of functional consultants, providing guidance, support, and quality assurance. - Collaborating with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications. - Designing, configuring, testing, and deploying SAP FI modules such as Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), Banking, General Ledger, and Controlling (CO). - Ensuring compliance with Indian regulatory and statutory requirements. - Troubleshooting system issues and providing day-to-day support for SAP FI modules. - Conducting training and knowledge transfer sessions for end users and team members. - Working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules. To excel in this role, you should have: - 8-12 years of experience in SAP FI with at least 2 full life cycle implementations on SAP S/4HANA Cloud. - Strong domain knowledge of financial processes and Indian accounting standards. - Proven delivery experience with Indian clients in varied industries. - Hands-on experience in configuration and customization of SAP FI modules. - Knowledge of Controlling components, Cost Center Accounting, and Profitability Analysis. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to lead a team and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Preferred qualifications include SAP FI certification, prior experience in an Assistant Manager or similar leadership role, exposure to SAP Activate methodology, and familiarity with integration between SAP FI and other modules (e.g., MM, SD).
