Job Description

Role Overview: Solenis, a global producer of specialty chemicals, is seeking a PMO Coordinator for their Global Excellence Center (GEC) in Hyderabad. As a PMO Coordinator, you will be responsible for assisting in overall organization and providing various IT functions, including document management, training coordination, communication, and reporting related to project and portfolio management and vendor administration. This role will involve facilitating communication between PMO and other Solenis organizations, collecting data for reporting requirements, distributing information, and coordinating review and governance activities for Information Technology (IT). You will report to the IT Director of PMO with support from GSS Leadership. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and participate in the full lifecycle of SAP FI-AA implementations, including blueprinting, configuration, testing, go-live, and support. - Configure SAP FI-AA module to meet business requirements, defining asset classes, depreciation areas, asset master data, and integration with other SAP modules. - Analyze and document business processes related to asset accounting, identify gaps, and propose solutions to enhance efficiency and compliance. - Ensure seamless integration of Asset Accounting with other SAP modules such as SAP FI-GL, CO, and MM. - Develop and maintain custom reports for asset management and ensure compliance with statutory and corporate reporting requirements. - Provide training to end-users and support teams on SAP FI-AA processes and best practices. - Diagnose and resolve issues related to asset accounting processes and SAP system performance. - Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and industry trends to continuously improve SAP FI-AA solutions. - Manage and deliver projects on time and within budget, coordinating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
