Job Description

As an experienced SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management) Consultant with Functional & Technical expertise, you will play a crucial role in implementing, configuring, and optimizing SAP EWM solutions to enhance warehouse operations, inventory management, and supply chain efficiency. Your responsibilities will include: - Designing, configuring, and implementing SAP EWM solutions according to business requirements. - Collaborating closely with business stakeholders to understand warehouse management processes and translate them into SAP EWM functionalities. - Conducting system testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) for seamless deployment. - Offering functional and technical expertise for EWM processes such as inbound, outbound, picking, packing, put away, and inventory management. - Configuring and overseeing warehouse structure, storage types, warehouse process types, and resource management in SAP EWM. - Working with cross-functional teams (MM, SD, TM, PP) to integrate SAP EWM with other SAP modules. - Managing master data setup, queue management, and system monitoring effectively. - Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to SAP EWM processes and system performance. - Developing and maintaining documentation for configurations, customizations, and user training. - Providing support for end-user training and post-implementation assistance. Qualifications Required: - 5-7 years of hands-on experience in SAP EWM Functional & Technical Consultant roles. - Profound knowledge of warehouse processes like inbound, outbound, picking, packing, replenishment, and physical inventory. - Experience in configuring warehouse structure, storage bins, handling units, wave management, and slotting processes. - Familiarity with RF (Radio Frequency) Framework and barcode scanning solutions. - Understanding of integration with SAP MM, SD, TM, and PP modules. - Practical experience in Process & Layout-Oriented Storage Control (POSC & LOSC). - Exposure to SAP S/4HANA EWM is considered advantageous. - Proficiency in enhancements, user exits, and BADI implementations. - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. - Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
