Job Title: SAP EWM Consultant Location: Hyderabad, India Experience: 5 to 9 Years Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) Consultant with 5 to 9 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting SAP EWM solutions to optimize warehouse operations and improve supply chain efficiency. Key Responsibilities: SAP EWM Implementation Support: Lead end-to-end SAP EWM implementations , including blueprinting, configuration, testing, training, and post-go-live support. Work on EWM functionalities such as inbound and outbound processes, physical inventory, slotting, labor management, and yard management. Integrate SAP EWM with SAP ERP (SAP S/4HANA or ECC) and third-party systems. Solution Design Configuration: Design and configure warehouse processes (Inbound, Outbound, Internal Movements, Picking, Putaway, HU Management, etc.). Implement RF Framework, EWM-Transportation Integration, and Warehouse Automation solutions . Optimize wave management, cross-docking, value-added services (VAS), and kitting processes . Process Optimization Issue Resolution: Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions . Troubleshoot issues, debug system errors, and optimize SAP EWM processes for performance improvement . Provide functional specifications for custom developments and work closely with ABAP and technical teams. Stakeholder Collaboration Training: Work closely with business users, warehouse managers, and IT teams to enhance system usability. Conduct user training, workshops, and documentation to ensure successful adoption of SAP EWM. Collaborate with cross-functional teams in supply chain, logistics, and IT departments. Required Qualifications Skills: 5 to 9 years of experience in SAP EWM implementation, configuration, and support. Hands-on experience with SAP EWM (Standard Advanced) in SAP S/4HANA and ECC . Strong understanding of warehouse processes and logistics execution . Knowledge of RF Framework, Handling Units (HU), Task Resource Management (TRM), and Warehouse Order Creation Rules (WOCR) . Experience in SAP EWM-ERP integration using CIF (Core Interface) and IDOCs. Exposure to SAP TM (Transportation Management) and SAP Yard Logistics is a plus. Proficiency in debugging and analyzing ABAP code is an added advantage. Good knowledge of SAP Best Practices, Agile, and ASAP methodologies . Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
