Key Responsibilities:

User Research Analysis

• Conduct

  qualitative and quantitative research

  , including user interviews, usability testing, and surveys.
• Analyze

  user behavior, feedback, and pain points

  to drive informed design decisions.
• Perform

  competitive analysis

  and stay updated on

  industry trends

  and emerging UX research techniques.

UX Interaction Design

• Develop

  user personas, user flows, information architecture, and journey maps

  to enhance user experience.
• Create

  wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI mockups

  using tools like

  Figma and Adobe Creative Suite

  .
• Ensure designs align with

  AI-based personalization strategies

  and optimize

  conversational AI experiences

  .
• Define and maintain

  design patterns, interaction models, and usability guidelines

  .
• Conduct

  usability testing, heuristic evaluations, and A/B testing

  to iterate and refine designs.

Collaboration Implementation

• Work closely with

  product managers, developers, and stakeholders

  to implement user-centered designs.
• Provide

  design documentation

  and ensure consistency with

  design systems

  .
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure smooth integration of UI/UX designs across

  Java/Angular, SharePoint, and .NET tech stacks

  .
• Present research findings and design solutions to

  stakeholders

  and gather feedback for continuous improvement.

Required Skills Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree

  in Graphic Design, Marketing, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Psychology, or Multimedia.

• 3-4 years of experience

  in UX design, focusing on

  enterprise solutions, transactional applications, and data visualization

  .
• Expertise in

  user research methodologies

  and ability to create data-driven UX solutions.
• Strong experience in

  mobile-first, responsive, and adaptive design

  for

  both web and mobile applications

  .
• Hands-on experience with

  UI testing tools and methodologies

  like usability testing,

  A/B testing, heuristic analysis, and accessibility compliance

  .
• Proficiency in

  Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and other industry-standard design tools

  .
• Understanding of

  HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, and JavaScript

  for effective collaboration with development teams.
• Experience working with

  AI-driven UX solutions

  and

  open banking interfaces

  is a plus.
• Strong

  communication and collaboration

  skills with an ability to articulate design decisions effectively.
• Demonstrates

  strong principles and core values

  in UX design and problem-solving.

Preferred Certifications:

• Certification in

  UX/UI Design

  or

  Design Thinking

  is preferred.
