Job Title: Graphic and Motion Graphics Designer Department: UI/UX Design Reporting To: Head of UI/UX (COPE) Location: Navi Mumbai Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are looking for a Graphic and Motion Graphics Designer with 2-4 years of experience to create visually compelling designs and animations that align with our brand identity. The ideal candidate should have expertise in graphic design, motion graphics, and video editing to support marketing, UI/UX, and product teams. Key Responsibilities: Graphic Visual Design: Ideate and create unique vector graphics , incorporating the latest design trends and techniques. Develop brochures, standees, banners, and other marketing collateral for outbound communication. Apply a keen eye for aesthetics, color theory, and typography to enhance visual designs. Maintain brand consistency while pushing creative boundaries. Motion Graphics Video Editing: Create animations, visual effects, and motion graphics for various digital media. Design mascots and character sets for illustrations and animated videos. Develop engaging video content for marketing campaigns, product showcases, and social media. Work with storyboards, animations, and transitions to enhance video storytelling. Select appropriate audio, video elements, colors, and animations for impactful designs. Collaboration Innovation: Work closely with the creative, marketing, and product teams to develop compelling visuals. Support the UI/UX team by designing animated illustrations for web and mobile interfaces . Stay updated on the latest graphic design and motion graphics trends to bring innovative ideas to the table. Required Skills Qualifications: Degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Fine Arts, or Multimedia. 2-4 years of experience in graphic and motion design , with a strong portfolio showcasing past work. Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop , and other design tools. Strong understanding of layout, color theory, typography, and animation principles . Experience in Microsoft Office for designing presentations and reports. Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and work on multiple projects. Strong attention to detail, aesthetics, and storytelling in design.
