Job Title: Lead to Cash Automation Engineer Location: Hyderabad Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Lead to Cash Automation Engineer to join our dynamic team in Hyderabad . The successful candidate will be responsible for automating and optimizing the Lead to Cash (L2C) process using Python scripting , Selenium , and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) . This role requires a strong understanding of end-to-end business processes , exceptional technical expertise, and the ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments. Key Responsibilities: 1. Process Automation: Design, develop, and implement automation solutions for the Lead to Cash (L2C) process using Python , Selenium , and RPA tools. Identify opportunities for process automation and workflow optimization. Develop and maintain automation scripts to streamline business operations. 2. Technical Expertise: Utilize Python scripting to create efficient and scalable automation solutions. Implement Selenium for web-based automation tasks and testing. Employ RPA tools to automate repetitive tasks and improve operational efficiency. 3. Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams (Sales, Finance, IT, Customer Support) to gather process requirements and deliver effective automation solutions. Communicate project progress, challenges, and outcomes to stakeholders effectively. 4. Documentation and Training: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all automation processes and scripts. Provide training and support to team members on automation tools and best practices. 5. Continuous Improvement: Monitor and evaluate the performance of automation solutions to ensure they align with business objectives. Identify areas for enhancement and implement improvements to existing automation . Qualifications: Education: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science , Information Technology , Engineering , or a related field. Experience: 4 to 8 years of experience in automation engineering , with a focus on Lead to Cash processes . Proven expertise in Python scripting and Selenium . Hands-on experience with RPA tools (e.g., UiPath , Automation Anywhere , Blue Prism ). Skills: Strong proficiency in Python programming . Expertise in Selenium for web automation and testing. In-depth knowledge of RPA frameworks and automation techniques. Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems . Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems . Understanding of Agile development methodologies .
