Job Description for SAP EWM

Role Responsibilities:

Technically fluent in SAP HANA, CPI and PO activities and support

Liaison with manufacturing, logistics and supply chain systems business-needs assessments as well as with IT technology teams and business partners to determine system needs, enhancements, and changes

Be a primary point of contact for the business teams for all SAP related technologies

Leads the Global vision, strategy, and direction of Information Technology function

Lead efforts to reengineer and optimize business processes and systems by assessing business needs and developing, proposing, and implementing technology solution options; proven ability to analyze technical options to best fit business applications

Communicate effectively across different departments and amongst varying levels of seniority within the organization

Identify and retrieve data, and develop/update reports for decision support and routine management reporting

Analyze data and process management reports to meet specific needs

Timely and accurate completion of deliverables

Provide SME input during issue analysis, problem solution and strategic roadmap planning for assigned SAP manufacturing, logistics and supply chain applications

Manage the use of external resources as needed for project implementations and application maintenance/upgrades

Qualifications:

Prior experience working in the Automotive/Manufacturing industry is a plus

Strong skills in SAP EWM

Good knowledge of SAP MM, IM, LE, CO and QM

Basic Knowledge of SAP SD and PP modules

Deep understanding of Manufacturing, Logistics, Supply Chain and hands on experience in these environments leveraging technology solutions

SAP Implementation experience

Proven experience in leading large ERP digital transformations in automotive industry that include business process reengineering

Strong familiarity with start-up environment, automotive service operations, EV specific service, quality engineering, field service operations, N
A government reporting requirements, and EV Charging Programs (in-car, home, public)

Good working knowledge of other Enterprise Applications like Workday is highly desired

Knowledgeable in compliance and information security

Proven track record of executing through global teams, managing remote personnel, developing talent, and creating high performing teams

Critical and structured thinking, business acumen and executive level influence to formulate and obtain broad support for proposed IT strategies, organizational structures, operating model and plans

Ability to objectively assess, articulate and constructively debate major strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, risks and considerations for multiple alternatives and incorporate input from other stakeholders

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to influence and interact professionally with diverse stakeholders at all levels of the organization - management, peers, team members, vendors

Proactive, well organized, and detail-oriented with the ability to project manage small to medium sized projects

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

IT technology and development aptitude

Aspiration towards standardization and implementation of best practices

Strong organizational and leadership skills

Fluent English (written and spoken)
