Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Perform regular reconciliation of master data across multiple systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, finance, procurement).
Identify, investigate, and resolve data discrepancies and inconsistencies.
Collaborate with business units to ensure data accuracy and alignment with operational requirements.
Maintain documentation of reconciliation processes, issues identified, and resolutions.
Support data migration and integration projects by validating and cleansing master data.
Monitor data quality metrics and generate reports for management review.
Assist in the development and implementation of data governance policies and procedures.
Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements related to data management.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree.
2–4 years of experience in master data management, reconciliation, or related roles.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools; experience with SAP ERP systems.
Good understanding of data governance and data quality principles.
Good Communication.
