Job Description

We are looking for a skilled SAP Cutover Manager with 10-18 years of experience to join our team in IDESLABS PRIVATE LIMITED. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing SAP cutover projects and ensuring seamless implementation.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and coordinate SAP cutover projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and minimal disruption to business operations.
Develop and implement effective cutover plans, including data conversion, testing, and training.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks associated with SAP cutover projects.
Provide expert guidance and support to end-users on SAP systems and applications.
Conduct thorough analysis of project requirements and develop solutions to meet business needs.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to SAP cutover projects.

Job Requirements

Minimum 10 years of experience in SAP cutover management or a related field.
Strong knowledge of SAP systems, including HANA and S/4HANA.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Proven track record of successfully managing complex SAP cutover projects.
Ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions.
Strong understanding of change management principles and practices.
