Translate users requests into application system solutions Resolve business issues by working with various groups within the company Redesign procedures to suggested best business practices in concert with SAP functionality Good to have industry experience specially in After Sales and Services Strong knowledge/experience in the industry trends and SAP solution positioning for the industry.
