Key Responsibilities: Implement, configure, and support SAP CS (Customer Service) module. Handle service notifications, service orders, warranties, and contracts. Integrate SAP CS with SD, PM, MM, and FI/CO modules. Provide end-user training and documentation. Work on enhancements, troubleshooting, and incident resolution. Collaborate with business and technical teams for process improvements. Requirements: Strong experience in SAP CS module. Knowledge of integration with SAP SD, PM, and MM. Experience in custom developments (ABAP debugging is a plus). Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. SAP certification in CS is an advantage. Sap Cs
