Job Description

As an SAP CS Consultant, your responsibilities will include: - Experience in a full cycle implementation & integration in Customer Service EV Business projects. - Support technical and Production maintenance of ERP system and other critical interfaces through daily monitoring and troubleshooting. - Experience in creating Service Notifications, Service Orders, Repair Orders, Service Contract, Quotations, Dynamic Item Proposal, Advance Shipment, Resource related Billing. - Knowledge in creating Masters like Equipment BOM, Material BOM, Task List, Equipment Master, Work Center, Install Base and Serial Number management. - Very good knowledge and working experience in palette functions, Groovy Script, XSLT Mapping, Monitoring, Security Artifacts, Tracing messages and Message mapping functionalities. - Managing and creating the Different Outputs forms that is required for smooth running of the Business. Knowledge in Cross functions like, Plant Maintenance, Sales and Distribution and FICO. - Experience in SAP S/4HANA. Your qualifications should include: - Proficiency in SAP Customer Service module. - Strong understanding of Customer Service processes and integration with other modules. - Experience in full-cycle implementation and integration projects. - Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA would be an advantage.,
