CRM Techno-Functional

• Work as a

  Techno-Functional expert

  in SAP CRM with strong understanding of both configuration and customization.
• Configure CRM modules such as

  Sales, Marketing, Service, Interaction Center, CIC, and Territory Management

  .
• Work on

  WebUI framework

  , component enhancement, UI configuration, and personalization.
• Develop technical objects in CRM using

  ABAP, BAPIs, BADIs, User Exits, Enhancements, RFCs

  .
• Integrate CRM with

  ECC/S4

  ,

  SD/MM/FI

  , and other systems using

  Middleware, BDOCs, and IF Integration

  .
• Troubleshoot CRM middleware issues, queues, BDOC failures, and performance-related problems.
  
• Analyze business processes and convert requirements into functional/technical specifications.
  
• Work on

  Product Master, Business Partner, Partner Functions

  , and CRM Master Data.
• Support end-to-end CRM transactions such as

  Leads, Opportunities, Activities, Complaints, Service Orders, Contracts, Quotes, Billing

  .
• Work on

  CRM Pricing, Actions, Rule Modeler, BRF+, and Workflows

  .
• Provide production support, testing, debugging, and documentation.
  
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams for solution delivery.
