JD Experience: SAP Experience CS. SAP ECC / S4 HANA Technical Knowledge and Skills required, CS experience is mandatory, At-least two full end to end implementation experience. Primary skills on SAP Customer services. Strong knowledge on SAP CS service orders, notifications, service and parts billing, work centres task lists. functional location, equipment master data, Installed base, serial number, SAP SD Order Management, Pricing, Billing. Good Business process knowledge in SAP CS Field service, Warranty, Returns and Repair Processing, Service Billing, Integration with MM and FI modules Full life cycle implementation in SAP CS with SAP PI/CPI/ API Management and other cloud integrations added advantage. • Able to plan, provide functional specifications to build integrations between different systems using CPI. - Should have good knowledge to test the Interface programs. – • Domain exposure to product serialization, services execution or coordination, contracts, billing, with business process & systems FIT-GAP analysis is plus. • Worked in business/client facing role - Highly driven, energetic, flexible, resourceful & ability to multitask - Hands on and detail oriented, with a strong ability to co-ordinate across different Geographies and with different stakeholders Ability to manage multiple functions at same point of time - Cross-domain clearly articulates problem statements to evolve solutions across domains Field Service Process, Service Consignment Process and Service Procurement Process. CS Process: Handled Incidents and Change requests related to In-House Repair Process, Advance Replacement/Exchange Process.
