Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Provide functional expertise on SAP CRM solutions to clients, ensuring successful implementation and maintenance of projects.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, test, and deploy CRM solutions using various modules such as Sales, Marketing, Service, and Customer Service.
Conduct business analysis to identify client requirements and translate them into technical specifications for CRM implementations.
Develop strong relationships with clients through excellent communication skills and provide post-sales support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in CRM technology to continuously improve knowledge sharing within the team.

Desired Candidate Profile

6-9 years of experience in SAP CRM consulting or similar roles.
Strong understanding of Solution Marketing principles and ability to apply them effectively during project execution.
Excellent analytical skills for conducting business analysis and developing accurate solution designs.
Proficiency in at least one other module (e.g., ERP) is an added advantage.
