Job Description

Must-Have

Certification in SuccessFactors Learning Management System and Succession Management
Designing, implementing and supporting complex business process in an SAP SuccessFactors LMS environment
Handling the efficient and effective operation of the learning management system to meet client needs
Expertise in LMS reporting, exposure to PRD reporting
Performing all aspects of SuccessFactors LMS administration and Succession Management
Experience in working with Integration with SuccessFactors module
At least 1 full life cycle implementation in SuccessFactors or experience in two SuccessFactors support engagements

Good-to-Have

Multiple certification SAP SuccessFactors module
Conduct discovery meeting with customer by identifying the customer's current process and future state requirements
Exposure to validated Learning Management System and other validation tools
Support the design and development of custom reports for clients using PRD tool
