Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

1. Concur Implementation & Configuration

Configure SAP Concur modules:

Expense
Travel
Invoice
Request

Set up policies, audit rules, workflow approvals, expense types, and user profiles.
Manage end-to-end Concur implementations including requirement gathering, design, testing, and deployment.

2. Integration & Data Management

Integrate Concur with SAP S/4HANA/ECC using standard connectors.
Work with APIs, file transfers, and middleware (CPI/PI).
Manage employee data, cost centers, GLs, and vendor master integration.

3. Business Process Consulting

Conduct workshops with Finance, Travel, and HR teams.
Map business requirements to Concur functionalities.
Recommend best practices for travel & expense (T&E) policies.

4. Support & Maintenance

Handle L2/L3 support tickets for Concur modules.
Troubleshoot workflow, posting errors, and data mismatches.
Provide training, documentation, and process guides for end users.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Hands-on experience with
SAP Concur Expense / Travel / Invoice
.
Good knowledge of corporate travel policies & T&E processes.
Understanding of SAP FI/CO integration.
Experience with SSO, security roles, and user provisioning.
Strong analytical and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

Experience with Concur Audit Service, Intelligence Reporting, and Budget tools.
Exposure to
CPI/PI
, APIs, and integration mapping.
SAP Concur Certification is a plus.
