Role & responsibilities

Must Have Configure SAP Concur modules, including Expense, Travel , and Invoice based on client requirements.

Must Have Analyze business processes related expense management and design SAP Concur solutions.

Must Have Set up workflows, expense policies, approval hierarchies, and reporting structures in SAP Concur.

Must Have Integrate SAP Concur with ERP systems (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, or other financial systems).

Must Have Develop and configure interfaces for data exchange with third-party systems (e.g., credit card providers, travel booking tools).

Must Have Ensure seamless integration with financial and payroll systems for accurate reporting and reconciliation.

Must Have Conduct system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and troubleshoot issues. Must Have Oversee data migration and validation processes during implementation.

Must Have Manage go-live activities and provide hypercare support post-implementation. Must Have Develop training materials and conduct end-user training sessions.

Must Have Create and maintain functional and technical documentation for configurations and processes.

Must Have Provide ongoing support and maintenance for SAP Concur solutions.

Must Have Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend system enhancements.

Must Have Ensure compliance with local and global travel and expense policies.

Skills and Qualifications

Functional Expertise:

Must Have Strong knowledge of SAP Concur Expense, Travel and Invoice modules.

Must Have Experience with expense reporting, travel policies, and workflow configuration. Must Have Proficiency in integration with ERP systems, financial tools, and payroll systems. Soft Skills:

Must Have Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address client requirements and troubleshoot issues.

Must Have Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with stakeholders and end users.

Must Have Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Education:

Must Have Bachelors/MBA, Finance, or related field.

Must Have SAP Concur certification in Expense/Travel

Preferred Experience

Must Have At least 2 end-to-end SAP Concur Expense implementation projects.

Must Have Knowledge of data integration tools and technologies (e.g., APIs, middleware). Must Have Familiarity with global expense policies and compliance standards.
