Job Description

Role Overview: As a SAP FICO Analyst at Medline, you will play a crucial role in analyzing, researching, assessing, and implementing SAP solutions. Your responsibilities will include providing support for SAP FICO and related interfaces or modules, monitoring system health, resolving system errors, and collaborating with business users and IT stakeholders. You will also work on system improvements and process changes to meet business needs effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze, research, assess, and implement SAP solutions in the FICO area, including S4 HANA and ECC versions. - Demonstrate expertise in areas such as New GL, A/R, A/P, Asset Management, Bank & Cash, and more. - Configure controlling aspects such as cost element, cost centers, internal orders, profitability analysis, and develop COPA reports. - Work on product cost controlling for Make to Order scenarios and integrate FI with other SAP modules like MM, SD. - Possess knowledge of Taxation Scenarios for US Vertex and expertise in data migration, cutover management, and training. - Identify the impact of processes or data across multiple functional areas or SAP modules. - Manage enhancements and customizations from requirements gathering to production deployment. - Utilize expert analytical skills for problem identification and resolution. - Communicate effectively with stakeholders and collaborate with other team members. Qualifications Required: - 6-9 years of experience in SAP FICO with S4 HANA and ECC versions. - Proven ability to analyze, research, assess, and implement SAP solutions. - Knowledge of New GL, A/R, A/P, Asset Management, Controlling configuration, and more. - Experience in FI integration points with other SAP modules like MM, SD. - Expertise in data migration, cutover management, and training. - Ability to identify the impact of processes or data across multiple functional areas. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Certification program from SAP or SAP partners is desired. - Understanding of ABAP code and debugging skills is a plus.
