Job Description

Job purpose
We are seeking a skilled Process Mining Consultant to join our team. As a Senior Process Consultant, you will be responsible for driving client opportunities, delivering process mining engagements and generating value for the client. This role requires expertise in Signavio, Celonis and other process mining tools, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet client requirements. Your client responsibilities

Process Mining: Design, develop, and maintain new and custom process using process mining experience programming language.

Technical Analysis Analyze technical requirements and work closely with clients and functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Customization Customize Signavio / Celonis KPIs to meet specific business requirements, ensuring optimal functionality and performance.

Data Integration Develop data extraction connectors to integrate ERP systems with other applications and databases.

Code Optimization: Optimize process mining processes for better performance, scalability, and maintainability.

Testing Collaborate with functional teams to conduct testing, debugging, and performance tuning of SQL programs.

Documentation Create and maintain technical documentation for Signavio / Celonis SOPs, ensuring clear and organized records.

SAP Upgrades: Assist in SAP system upgrades by analysing and adapting Signavio / Celonis processes as required.

Client Interactio nEngage with clients to gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and deliver solutions that align with SAP best practices.

Willing to travel to the customers locations on need basis

Mandatory skills

Proven experience as an Signavio / Celonis / Process Gold, with certification in any of the tools preferred

Working knowledge in ABAP on HANA

Working knowledge in SQL, process mining, Process modeling

Working understanding of various automation tools and UI

Working understanding of business processes

Effective communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to changing project requirements.

Continuous learning mindset to stay updated on SQL developments and industry trends.

Real time knowledge and experience in implementation and migration projects

Graduate/Post Graduate degree with a sound industry experience of 3 to 7 Yrs.

Additional technical skills which will be an advantage

BTP

HANA analytics predictive and text analysis

Knowledge of SAP FIORI

SQL

Preferred skills

Experience with Signavio, Celonis or Process Gold

Familiarity with SAP functional modules (e.g., SAP MM, SAP SD, SAP FI/CO).

Should have understanding and experience of software development best practices.

Excellent business communication skills.
