SAP BPA (Build Process Automation) Consultant

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement business process automations using

  SAP Build Process Automation (BPA)

• Develop and configure

  workflows, business rules, and automations

• Build

  forms, approvals, and decision logic

  using low-code / no-code tools
• Integrate BPA with

  SAP S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, Ariba, Concur

  , and non-SAP systems
• Utilize

  APIs, events, and Integration Suite

  for end-to-end process automation
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and identify automation opportunities
• Perform

  unit testing, UAT support, deployment, and post-go-live support

• Ensure governance, security, and best practices on

  SAP BTP

• Prepare technical and functional documentation
• Support enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with

  SAP Build Process Automation (BPA)

• Good understanding of

  SAP BTP architecture and services

• Experience in

  workflow automation, business rules, and process orchestration

• Knowledge of

  REST APIs, OData services

  , and integrations
• Experience with

  SAP Integration Suite

  or CPI is a plus
• Familiarity with

  S/4HANA business processes

• Strong analytical and communication skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience with

  RPA tools

  (SAP Build RPA / Intelligent RPA)
• Exposure to

  SAP Fiori, UI5, or low-code UI development

• Knowledge of

  security, roles, and authorizations on BTP

• SAP

  BTP / BPA certification

  preferred
