Job Description

Install and configure SAP S/4HANA systems, including the underlying HANA database.
Plan and execute system upgrades and migrations to S/4HANA.
Monitor and optimize system performance.
Perform database administration tasks such as backup, recovery, and performance tuning for HANA databases.
Ensure seamless integration of SAP S/4HANA with other SAP and non-SAP systems.
Implement and maintain security measures to protect system data.
Manage the SAP transport system to move changes across different environments.
Perform client administration tasks, including creation, copying, and deletion.
Conduct regular system health checks and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
Maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, changes, and updates.
Collaborate closely with other IT teams and stakeholders to ensure successful implementation and operation of SAP S/4HANA.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum 15 years of experience in SAP BASIS administration, particularly with S/4HANA implementations.
Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA system administration.
Strong knowledge of HANA database management.
Experience with operating systems like Unix/Linux and Windows.
Skills in performance tuning and system optimization.
Expertise in backup and recovery processes.
Understanding of SAP security concepts and tools.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
Project management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Attention to detail and precision in managing system configurations.
