Strong Basis technical Knowledge with hands-on experience on Installation, Upgrade, Support of Global SAP Systems is a must.Worked with SAP Products like ECC, BW, APO, Live cache, CRM,PI/PO, Portal, BOBJ, BODS, Fiori, Content Server and Solution ManagerWorking experience in Operating Systems - SUSE Linux/AIX and Windows all server versions.Must have strong knowledge in System Admin activities like performance monitoring/tuning, transports, background job setup, applying support package, kernel upgrade, OSS note, Printer setup, Client Copy, System Refresh activities etc.Deep technical skills in HANA, DB2 & Oracle Administration and troubleshooting skillsWorked with tools like ServiceNow for Incident, Problem and Change Management ProcessesAssist team members in the development and implementation of technical solutions (Implementations, Upgrades and Migrations) and support with ongoing projects.
