Position:

Role Overview

SAP S/4HANA implementation and support projects

Key Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end

  SAP BASIS administration

  , including installation, configuration, system copies, client administration, and landscape management.
• Manage and support

  SAP S/4HANA environments

  (implementation, upgrades, migrations, and production support).
• Perform system monitoring, performance tuning, troubleshoot logs, and resolve system performance issues.
• Coordinate and manage

  transport management

  across SAP systems using ChaRM/SolMan.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams: FI/CO, SD, MM, ABAP, Security & GRC.
• Support integrations between SAP systems and 3rd party applications (middleware, interfaces).
• Perform

  user, role, and authorization

  support activities in collaboration with the Security team.
• Ensure compliance with

  GxP, SOX, and healthcare/pharma regulatory standards

  during change control and documentation.
• Prepare technical documentation system architecture, installation guides, root cause analysis, etc.
• Participate in

  global project rollouts

  , working across multi-cultural, multi-time zone teams.

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum

  4+ years of SAP BASIS experience

  including landscape administration.
• Strong hands-on experience in

  SAP S/4HANA

  implementation and support projects.
• Experience in

  SAP Solution Manager

  (Monitoring, ChaRM, System Health checks).
• Good understanding of

  HANA database administration

  , backup/restore, and performance tuning.
• Experience working in

  Healthcare / Pharmaceutical domain

  (compliance-driven environments).
• Good understanding of

  transport management

  , client strategy, and system refresh activities.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and incident resolution skills (L2/L3 support).

Good to Have (Added Advantage)

• Experience in

  Global Delivery / Multi-country rollout projects

  .
• Knowledge of

  SAP upgrade/migration to S/4HANA

  (greenfield or brownfield).
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP / SAP RISE).
• Familiarity with

  GRC / Security concepts

  , ITIL processes, and ticketing tools (ServiceNow, Remedy).
