Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Perform SAP Basis administration including installation, configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
Manage SAP HANA database administration, performance tuning, and backup/recovery.
Handle SAP system copies, upgrades, support packages, and kernel upgrades.
Execute SAP migrations (OS/DB, Unicode conversions) using tools like SUM, SWPM, and DMO.
Administer SAP NetWeaver components (ABAP, Java stacks).
Monitor system performance and implement tuning recommendations.
Collaborate with functional and development teams for issue resolution and system optimization.
Support cloud-based SAP deployments and integrations (preferred).
Ensure compliance with security policies and perform user/role administration.
Maintain documentation and provide knowledge transfer to peers and stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

5-9 years of experience in SAP Basis administration.
Strong hands-on experience with SAP HANA and NetWeaver.
Proven experience in SAP system migrations and upgrades.
Familiarity with SAP Solution Manager and system monitoring tools.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a strong plus.
Good understanding of high availability and disaster recovery setups.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
