Job Description

System Administration & Maintenance:

Install, configure, and maintain SAP systems (ECC, S/4HANA, BW/4HANA, Solution Manager, etc.).
Perform system copies, migrations, and client refreshes.
Apply patches, kernel upgrades, and support packages.
Performance & Monitoring
Monitor system performance, availability, and capacity using SAP Solution Manager and other tools.
Conduct performance tuning for SAP applications and databases.
Security & User Management
Manage SAP user accounts, roles, and authorizations.
Ensure compliance with security policies and audit requirements.
Troubleshooting & Support
Diagnose and resolve technical issues in coordination with application and infrastructure teams.
Provide on-call support for critical incidents.
Documentation & Collaboration
Maintain detailed system documentation, configurations, and operational procedures.
Collaborate with functional consultants, developers, and business stakeholders to support project and operational needs.
