As an enthusiastic and motivated SAP BASIS Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and supporting the SAP landscape, ensuring smooth operation, and handling system upgrades and patches. You will provide assistance in troubleshooting, performance monitoring, and system configuration in a dynamic enterprise environment. **Key Responsibilities:** - Assist in the installation and configuration of SAP systems (ECC, BW, CRM, S4HANA) on servers. - Monitor SAP systems for performance issues and provide necessary corrective actions. - Support data backup and restore procedures to ensure disaster recovery capabilities. - Assist in the application of patches, kernel upgrades, and support packages to ensure the system's integrity and security. - Assist in the upgrade of SAP environments to newer versions as per project requirements. - Support user administration tasks such as user creation, role assignments, and authorizations management. - Provide troubleshooting support for SAP systems and resolve system-related issues promptly. - Assist in optimizing system performance through various tuning techniques and regular monitoring. - Assist in managing transports (i.e., importing/exporting objects) and coordinating the movement of changes across environments (DEV, QA, and PROD). - Support SAP security configuration and user profile management in coordination with security teams. - Document all configurations, troubleshooting procedures, and changes made to the SAP systems. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related fields. - SAP BASIS Training/certification is mandatory. Freshers should have completed the relevant SAP certification. - Basic understanding of SAP environments, architecture, and the SAP BASIS module. - Familiarity with operating systems such as Windows, Linux, or UNIX. - Basic knowledge of database management (SAP HANA, Oracle, DB2, or similar). - Basic understanding of networking and SAP system integration concepts. - Knowledge of SAP GUI, transport management, and tools like SAP Solution Manager. The company offers a full-time job type with the benefit of working from home. The work schedule is on day shift from Monday to Friday with weekend availability.
