Job Description

  • Formulate and execute a comprehensive strategy and goal for the India Cloud Recruiting team.
  • Foster a dynamic people-leadership role, nurturing the team's growth and extending strategic and operational support to clients and the Cloud Recruiting team.
  • Leverage data and market insights to influence and guide both the team and stakeholders, managing informed decision-making.
  • Collaborate closely with Google's executive leaders in various business units and across People Experience (PX) to comprehend and fulfill their talent requirements.
  • Cultivate creative thinking and effective communication to convey ideas and strategies clearly.
  • Implement appropriate client management and communication strategies, promoting accountability, operational excellence, and managing through effective leadership.
Job Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting in an agency or corporate setting.
  • At least 5 years of experience in people management, supervision, or a team leadership role.
  • Proven track record of effectively setting clear goals and strategies to drive impact in dynamic environments.
  • Experience delivering in complex, multi-stakeholder matrixed environments and success in collaborating with and influencing executive leaders across strategy and execution.
  • Experience in directly managing executive client relationships, fostering partnerships, and ensuring consistent stakeholder management.
  • Experience within a recruitment or talent acquisition organization for multi-region businesses, understanding their unique needs and challenges.
  • Strong knowledge of HR operations, including recruitment, talent management, and employee engagement.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with key business and functional leaders, clients, and peers to drive results for the team and Google Cloud.
