Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a SAP B1 Functional Consultant located in Belgaum. The SAP B1 Functional Consultant will be responsible for analyzing business processes, understanding the financial and operational workflows, and implementing relevant SAP B1 solutions. The consultant will collaborate with cross-functional teams, offer insights, conduct user training, and provide ongoing support to optimize the company’s use of SAP B1 for operational excellence.

• Strong analytical skills to assess and understand business requirements and develop suitable solutions
• Demonstrated consulting and business process understanding to provide tailored recommendations
• In-depth knowledge of financial processes and their integration into ERP systems
• Excellent communication skills enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Ability to problem-solve, interpret data, and manage project timelines effectively
• Proficiency in SAP Business One or other ERP systems is highly beneficial
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Business Administration, Information Systems, or Accounting
• Previous experience in ERP implementation or consulting within manufacturing or automotive industries will be an advantage
