Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Belagavi for an Injection Moulding Operator at Vega Auto Accessories Ltd. The Injection Moulding Operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining injection moulding machines, ensuring products meet quality standards, monitoring machine performance, and maintaining clean and safe work environments. Additional duties include performing routine inspections and troubleshooting to minimize downtime while maintaining compliance with standard operating procedures.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Machine Operation and Machining techniques
• Experience with Quality Control processes and adherence to production specifications
• Ability to maintain and operate in Clean Room environments
• Strong Communication skills for team coordination and reporting
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production role is advantageous
• High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Relevant technical certification or diploma is preferred
