Job Description

SAP Ariba Consultant

Ariba Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

Provide end-user support for Ariba-related issues not resolved by key users.
Manage user creation and activation in ERP and SuccessFactors (SF).
Upload, review, and activate catalogs for new and existing suppliers.
Monitor release processes and update supplier certificates as required.
Introduce and activate new features (e.g., search help tools) for internal departments.
Perform testing for new projects, system corrections, and functionality updates.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system and process improvement projects.
Propose and document conceptual solutions for recurring issues or inefficiencies.
Perform routine interface monitoring (daily/weekly).
Monitor and respond to user issues proactively; not solely dependent on issue tickets.
Note: Catalog version management is not part of this role.
Limited support for onboarding new suppliers (SLP – Buying only).
