Job Title : SAP BTP Cloud Migration Architect (Neo to Cloud Foundry – Google Cloud) Location : Dammam, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia (On-site) Experience : Minimum 10 years in SAP technologies with at least 3 years in SAP BTP Cloud Foundry migrations Role Overview : We are seeking an experienced SAP BTP Cloud Migration Architect to lead our transition from SAP BTP Neo to SAP BTP Cloud Foundry on Google Cloud. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP technologies, cloud migrations, and a deep understanding of integration patterns and security frameworks. Key Responsibilities : Migration Leadership : Oversee the end-to-end migration process from SAP BTP Neo to Cloud Foundry, ensuring minimal disruption and adherence to best practices. Integration Management : Handle the migration of integration artifacts, ensuring seamless connectivity across destinations. Application Transition : Migrate and optimize Java applications, Fiori applications, and WebIDE objects for the Cloud Foundry environment. Portal & Site Migration : Transition portals and sites, maintaining user experience and functionality. Security & Identity : Implement and configure trust and app identity providers, ensuring secure authentication and authorization mechanisms. Mobile Services : Migrate mobile service applications, ensuring compatibility and performance in the new environment. Database Management : Oversee the migration and integration of SAP HANA databases and SAP ASE database within the Cloud Foundry landscape. Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, security experts, and business stakeholders, to ensure alignment and successful project delivery. Required Qualifications : Experience : Minimum of 10 years in SAP technologies, with at least 3 years focused on SAP BTP Cloud Foundry migrations. Technical Expertise : Proficient in SAP Integration Suite (CPI, API Management), SAP Fiori, SAP WebIDE, and SAP Mobile Services Cloud Platforms : Hands-on experience with SAP BTP on Google Cloud Platform, including knowledge of Cloud Foundry architecture and services. Security : Strong understanding of SAP Cloud Identity Services (IAS/IPS), trust configurations, and secure connectivity setups. Integration Patterns : Familiarity with various integration patterns and tools, ensuring efficient and reliable data flow between systems. Project Management : Proven ability to lead complex projects, manage timelines, and coordinate with multiple stakeholders. Certifications : Relevant SAP certifications in BTP, Integration Suite, or related areas are highly desirable. Preferred Qualifications : CI/CD Pipelines : Experience in setting up and managing continuous integration and deployment of pipelines within SAP BTP environments. Monitoring & Alerting : Knowledge of setting up monitoring tools and alert mechanisms to ensure system health and performance. Documentation : Ability to create comprehensive documentation for migration processes, configurations, and best practices. Soft Skills : Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Problem-Solving : Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues. Adaptability : Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and work in a dynamic environment.
