Hiring Now: SAP Architect | 12+ Years Experience | Budget: 40 LPA Location: Kochi or Bengaluru (Work from Office) Client details: Will be discussed on call Employment Type: Full-time | Immediate Joiners Preferred Key Responsibilities: -Lead SAP HANA and cloud migration projects, ensuring high-impact, on-time delivery -Manage and mentor a team of SAP professionals across multiple modules -Act as a trusted advisor to clients, driving solution architecture aligned with business goals -Build and scale the SAP practice define methodologies, recruit top talent, and manage budgets -Deliver end-to-end ERP transformations across Core Finance (AP, AR, GL), SCM, REFX, HCM, and more -Ensure technical excellence and client satisfaction through strategic leadership Must-Have Qualifications: -12+ years of SAP experience across SAP HANA, HANA Cloud, and ERP core modules -Deep functional knowledge of FICO, Asset Management, Procurement, MM, PP, REFX, and HCM -Proven expertise in SAP migration and implementation projects -Strong leadership, client-facing communication, and project management skills -Hands-on experience with Azure Cloud and SAP on Cloud ecosystems Preferred: -SAP certifications in HANA, Finance, or relevant domains -Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors, Sales & Services Cloud, Cloud Connectors, -Web Dispatchers -Experience in cloud-native tools, CI/CD practices, and industry best practices If you're passionate about leading SAP transformation initiatives and driving enterprise innovation — this is the role for you!
