Role Overview: You will be responsible for providing comprehensive application functionality, configuration, and support expertise for application software solutions. Your role will involve working with business analysts, architects, technical experts, and software vendors to analyze, design, configure, implement, support, maintain, and enhance applications. By analyzing and evaluating application functionality, you will aim to increase the utilization of standard application functionality, thus improving business processes and capabilities. Determining and documenting the optimum application setup and configuration to meet functional requirements and specifications will be a key aspect of your role. Additionally, you will develop expertise in emerging application and solution trends, providing functional recommendations for assigned applications and systems. Building and maintaining strong relationships with relevant vendors to improve application functionality and resolve issues will also be part of your responsibilities. As a subject matter expert, you will serve as the point of contact on content, processes, procedures, and functionality associated with assigned applications for projects and application support when needed. Creating and managing functional specifications for projects will also be part of your role.
