Summary:
As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire application development process and ensuring its successful implementation. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, making key decisions, and providing solutions to problems. This is an exciting opportunity to showcase your expertise in SAP ABAP Development for HANA and contribute to the success of our projects.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.- Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications.- Act as the primary point of contact for the application development process.- Oversee the entire application development process and ensure SAP best practices are followed and project guidelines are met.- Ensure successful implementation of applications.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA with hands-on experience in CDS/AMDP.- S/4 Hana implementation experience is a must.- Well versed in new ABAP 7.4 syntax and strong knowledge in all RICEFW developments.- Experience in performance tuning and optimization of SAP ABAP programs.- Experience in performing unit testing and supporting integration testing.- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Good To Have Skills:
- Experience in RAP, OData services and Fiori.- Exposure to clean core development approach.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have a minimum of 8 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.- This position is based at our Bangalore office.- A 15 year full-time education is required.
