Application Lead

Roles & Responsibilities

• Act as the

  Subject Matter Expert (SME)

  in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
• Lead, mentor, and guide the development team to deliver high-quality solutions.
  
• Take ownership of team decisions and provide direction on technical and functional matters.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, contributing to key decisions and ensuring alignment with project goals.
  
• Drive problem-solving initiatives, providing innovative and scalable solutions within and across teams.
  
• Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions to enhance team expertise and capability.
  
• Monitor project progress, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, and best practices.
  
• Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements, communicate updates, and ensure business objectives are met.
  

Professional & Technical Skills

• Must-Have:

  Proficiency in

  SAP ABAP Development for HANA

  with at least

  5 years of strong hands-on experience

  .
• Strong understanding of

  application design principles

  and development methodologies.
• Expertise in

  performance tuning and optimization

  of ABAP programs.
• In-depth knowledge of

  SAP HANA database concepts and data modeling

  .
• Proven ability to

  troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve technical issues

  efficiently.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to lead and inspire teams.
  

Additional Information

• Experience:

  Minimum

  5+ years of strong experience

  in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.

• Location:

  Bengaluru (Onsite role).

• Education:

  15 years of full-time education required.
