SAP ABAP Consultant / Senior Consultant

**Job Description:** **Role Overview:** As an experienced SAP ABAP Consultant/Senior Consultant specializing in S/4HANA development, your role will involve designing, developing, and delivering high-quality technical solutions. You will collaborate with functional teams to translate business requirements into efficient SAP solutions and support all project phases. Your problem-solving skills, technical expertise, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment will be crucial for success. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop, customize, and maintain SAP ABAP programs, objects, and enhancements within the S/4HANA environment. - Design and deliver high-quality WRICEF components, including Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Workflows, and Forms. - Analyze business requirements and translate them into robust technical specifications in collaboration with functional consultants. - Participate in all project phases: requirement gathering, technical design, development, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support. - Create and optimize CDS Views, AMDP, OData services, and other S/4HANA-specific development objects. - Ensure adherence to SAP standards, performance guidelines, and best coding practices in all developments. - Conduct technical troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and provide timely issue resolution during development or support. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration across modules and systems. - Review, refactor, and optimize existing ABAP code to enhance system performance and maintainability. - Support documentation efforts by preparing technical specifications, user manuals, and testing documentation. **Qualification Required:** - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. - 4+ years of hands-on SAP ABAP development experience with the ability to independently handle complex technical tasks. - Mandatory experience in at least one end-to-end S/4HANA implementation project. - Strong expertise in a minimum of 3 out of 6 WRICEF areas: Workflows, Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms. - Practical working experience with CDS Views, AMDP, OData Services, and modern S/4HANA development tools. - Good understanding of SAP data structures, integration concepts, and cross-module functionality. - Strong debugging, performance tuning, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to interpret functional specifications and translate them into high-quality technical solutions. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams. - Ability to work in hybrid and fast-paced project environments with minimal supervision.
