Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Panipat for a Sample Karigar. The Sample Karigar will be responsible for creating high-quality samples of garments based on provided designs and specifications. Day-to-day tasks include interpreting design briefs, cutting fabrics, sewing, assembling garment prototypes, and ensuring attention to detail at each stage of production. The role also involves collaborating closely with the design and production teams to refine techniques and ensure precision in craftsmanship.

Qualifications

• Proficient skills in sewing, fabric cutting, and garment construction
• Experience in interpreting design briefs and converting them into garment samples
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards
• Ability to work collaboratively with designers and production teams
• Prior experience in garment sampling or tailoring is preferred
• Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
• A positive attitude and a willingness to adapt to new techniques and designs
