Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sample Karigar located in Delhi, India. The Sample Karigar will be accountable for creating, stitching, and finalizing high-quality garment samples as per client specifications. The role involves working with designers to interpret patterns, selecting suitable materials, maintaining accuracy in measurements, and ensuring the timely delivery of samples. The Sample Karigar will also collaborate closely with the production team to ensure consistency and high standards in manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Expertise in garment construction, fabric handling, and intricate stitching techniques
• Proficient in reading and interpreting design patterns and technical specifications
• Experience with sewing machines and hand-sewing tools
• Attention to detail, strong precision skills, and ability to work within tight deadlines
• Good communication skills to coordinate with the design and production teams
• Prior experience in sample-making or working in the fashion manufacturing industry is an advantage
• Flexibility to adapt to varying garment styles and client requirements
