Sample Coordinator

🚨 We’re Hiring: Sampling Coordinator (Hard Goods) – Urgent Requirement

We are looking for a smart, experienced, and proactive Sampling Coordinator to join our team in the hard-goods/home décor industry.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the complete sampling process for hard goods

• Strong understanding of materials, finishes, and development

• Manage and guide a team of up to 5 members

• Maintain timelines, sampling sheets, and ensure on-time delivery

• Coordinate with design, production, and merchandisers

• Communicate clearly and professionally with all stakeholders

• Troubleshoot issues and ensure quality output

🔹 Requirements

• 2–4+ years of experience in hard goods / tabletop / home décor sampling

• Knowledge of finishes (metal, wood, resin, etc.)

• Excellent time management & communication

• Organised, responsible, and eager to grow

• Strong problem-solving attitude

🔹 Salary: Industry standard (based on experience)
