Sample Coordinator

Role Overview: You will be responsible for coordinating sample orders, generating orders in the software, sending requirement lists to the plant person, preparing order sample lists, confirming with the concerned person, processing sample loading, making invoices, and stock transfers in the system. Additionally, you will arrange small vehicles for internal use, send invoices to dealers and salespersons, and ensure the final update of sample delivery to reach the dealer's doorstep. Key Responsibilities: - Generate orders in the software - Send requirement lists to the plant person - Prepare order sample lists - Confirm with the concerned person and process sample loading - Create invoices and stock transfers in the system - Arrange small vehicles for internal use - Send invoices to dealers and salespersons - Ensure final updates of sample delivery to reach the dealer's doorstep Qualifications Required: - Minimum 2-5 years of experience in a similar role - Computer skills - Communication and coordination skills - Industry exposure in the Ceramic Industry Please note that the work location is Morbi and the job type is full-time, permanent.
