Sample Coordinator

You will be responsible for managing end-to-end sample development for our buyers at Senses Lifestyle. Your key responsibilities will include: - Coordinating with buyers/merchandisers for sample requirements, specifications, and approvals - Preparing and maintaining sample sheets, BOMs, and development trackers - Following up with internal teams (design, production, finishing, packaging) for timely sample completion - Ensuring all samples meet buyer quality standards and specifications - Managing labelling, barcoding, packing, and dispatch of samples - Maintaining sample inventory and organizing sample room efficiently - Handling courier bookings and ensuring on-time delivery - Communicating timelines, delays, or issues proactively - Assisting in pricing documentation and costing sheets when required - Maintaining proper records of sample approvals, comments, and iterations Qualifications required for this role: - Bachelor's degree preferred (Merchandising / Design / Business background is a plus) - 1-3 years of experience in sample coordination or merchandising (export house experience preferred) - Strong follow-up skills with the ability to multitask - Good communication skills (English + Hindi) - Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and basic documentation - Detail-oriented, organized, and deadline-driven - Ability to work with cross-functional teams Senses Lifestyle offers a fast-growing work environment with strong learning opportunities, exposure to global buyers, and product development processes.
