Sample Coordinator

Role Overview: As a Sample Coordinator, your main responsibility will be to manage the process of sample requests through CRM and ensure timely dispatch to customers. You will need to coordinate between the plant and head office to arrange sample shipments efficiently. Key Responsibilities: - Check sample requests through CRM and provide necessary details to the plant - Coordinate with the plant to arrange samples at the head office - Organize the dispatch of samples to customers - Prepare sample dispatch documents including invoices and covering letters - Liaise with courier agencies for sample pick-up and dispatch - Communicate with customers to confirm sample receipt - Maintain a sample stock register, track pending samples, and other related details Qualifications Required: - Minimum education required is Graduation - Basic computer literacy with proficiency in MS Office and MS Excel - Experience of 1-2 years in a similar role is preferred; freshers may also apply Please note that the salary for this position will be as per company policy, and the joining is required immediately.,
