Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Korba for a Senior Agency Manager / Business Development Manager / Associate Partner / Senior Associate Partner. The individual will be responsible for developing and managing a team of advisors to ensure sales targets are met, providing training and guidance, developing and implementing marketing strategies, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Other key responsibilities include conducting regular team meetings, performing performance reviews, managing customer relationships, and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

• Skills in sales, marketing, and business development
• Proficiency in customer relationship management and satisfaction
• Knowledge of life insurance products and industry regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field
• Experience in the insurance industry is preferred
