Job Description

4+ years' experience with ServiceNow SAM Pro or related ITAM tools.

Experience in configuration of ServiceNow SAM Pro integrations with tools such as SCCM, Tanium, Nexthink, Flexera, etc.

Experience in API-based integration and automation scripting.

Handon experience in software discovery, normalization, and mapping into the ServiceNow Software Recognition Library (SRL).

Support automation of reconciliation jobs and workflows.

Troubleshoot data flow issues between source systems and ServiceNow.

Good Knowledge on data integration, transformation, and discovery tools. Understanding of ITIL processes and asset lifecycle management.
