Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Identify new business opportunities through lead generation, prospecting, and relationship building with high net worth individuals (HNIs).
Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue growth, cross-selling, and retention of existing clients.
Conduct regular performance reviews, provide coaching, training, and feedback to RMs to enhance their skills and product knowledge.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and procedures.

Desired Candidate Profile

3-8 years of experience in Retail Branch Banking or related field.
Strong understanding of Portfolio Management, HNI Sales, HNI Client Handling, Retail Liabilities, Retail Branch Banking, CASA Acquisition, CASA Sales.
Excellent communication skills for effective leadership and client interaction.
Ability to analyze data to drive business decisions and optimize results.
