Salon Manager

salon manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of a beauty parlor, including hiring staff, managing inventory, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities Include

• Staff management: Hire, train, and supervise staff
• Scheduling: Schedule appointments and work schedules
• Inventory management: Order, store, and use supplies
• Sales: Set and meet sales targets
• Customer service: Ensure excellent customer service and create a welcoming environment
• Marketing: Promote and advertise services and products
• Budgeting: Manage the business budget
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations
