Job Description

salon manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of a beauty parlor, including hiring staff, managing inventory, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities Include

Staff management: Hire, train, and supervise staff
Scheduling: Schedule appointments and work schedules
Inventory management: Order, store, and use supplies
Sales: Set and meet sales targets
Customer service: Ensure excellent customer service and create a welcoming environment
Marketing: Promote and advertise services and products
Budgeting: Manage the business budget
Compliance: Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations

Skills

Interpersonal skills: Active listening, motivating others, empathy, and conflict resolution
Leadership: Oversee employees' progress and implement business strategies
Marketing strategies: Develop marketing policies and promote services and products
